Vintage Locket - Queen Anne's Lace 04 (Hallmarked Solid Gold)
This locket is absolutely stunning and is a true antique. It is made from solid gold (marked 375 on the back, alongside full maker’s hallmarks which date it to 1917). It encases traditionally slow-pressed Queen Anne’s Lace flowers, organically grown in my Worcestershire garden. Complete with a beautifully delicate 44cm vintage solid gold (marked 375) chain. The locket is finished in a presentation box, and contains a pretty little scroll of handmade paper detailing information about the symbolism behind the flowers.
The locket is approximately 2.8cm in length and is fully hallmarked. It has a space left blank to allow for initials to be engraved on it by a jeweller, should you wish. The patterns on the front and back are truly exquisite, and the delicate scrolls on the bale are gorgeous (I’m a little bit in love with this one, can you tell?).

The flowers and foliage in this piece are natural; I never use preservatives, sealants, or artificial drying methods. The colours will fade and change over time.
Please note that the locket is pre-loved and therefore it does show signs of wear and tear consistent with its age. These perfect imperfections elevate the piece to give it a true vintage feel.
As with most jewellery, your locket will need regular polishing to keep it looking shiny. Please make sure the inside doesn’t get wet as this is likely to damage the delicate flowers.
