Shipping

To keep my business manageable and sustainable, I only post to mainland UK. If you are overseas, you may like to consider using a parcel forwarding service to allow you to place an order (once the order is delivered to the parcel forwarding company’s UK address, I cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items).

Smaller items will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. Larger items will be sent with Parcel Force Tracked 48 hour service. Postage and packaging costs are added at checkout, and vary based on the size and quantity of item(s) you are purchasing. I process orders as quickly as I can, and you should receive your order within 7 working days of purchase. If you haven’t received your item after 7 working days, please send me an email.

Packaging

Your order will be sent in plastic free packaging, using recyclable cardboard, paper tape and paper packing materials. If your order contains any packing peanuts, they will be made from corn starch and are biodegradable or compostable (or even better, reusable!).

Local Collection

If you live locally and would like to collect your order from my studio in Martin Hussingtree near Worcester (postcode: WR37SX), please send me an email immediately after placing your order (mail@meadowandthyme.co.uk) and I will refund your postage costs. We can then arrange a collection time to suit. You are welcome to have a look around my garden whilst you are here.

Returns

Damages

If your item arrives damaged then please let me know as soon as possible via email and we can discuss the best solution.

Unwanted Purchase

Should you wish to return an item, you must let me know via email within 14 days of the delivery date, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the shipping insurance covers the cost of the item should it go missing or get damaged in transit. Once I have received your return and checked that it is in the same condition as when it was sent, I will issue you with a refund, excluding delivery costs. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. I will also send an email to confirm receipt of the item and the refund.

Commissions

Only items sold through the website are eligible for a refund. If you have bought artwork from me in-person, or commissioned a custom piece, then this cannot be refunded.
