Vintage Collection - Ammi Majus 01
This interesting piece contains traditionally slow-pressed ammi majus flowers, organically grown in my own garden.
Finished in a fabulous vintage silver plated double glass frame. 13cm in diameter. This art deco piece was made in France and has the makers mark for 'Deschamps Freres'. This piece was originally used as a coaster for a champagne bottle - of course it could be used for this again, or displayed as a piece of artwork. The silver plate is full of character - worn in places, and with some tarnishing that could be polished if preferred.

The flowers and foliage in this piece are natural; I never use preservatives, sealants, or artificial drying methods. The colours will fade and change over time. To keep your artwork looking at its best for as long as possible, it should be placed out of direct sunlight and away from humid environments.
Please note that the frame is pre-loved and therefore it does show signs of wear and tear consistent with its age. These perfect imperfections elevate the piece to give it a true vintage feel.
