Vintage Collection - Aged Rose
Calling all vintage lovers! This unique piece contains a traditionally slow-pressed miniature rose flower, organically grown in my own garden. The petals have delicately aged with time, and will continue to turn to more vintage colours over the years. Presented on handmade natural coloured lokta paper.
Finished in a very old and particularly gorgeous and characterful 9x9cm vintage metal frame with a glass overlay. The back of the frame has ‘June 1941’ hand-written on it. Please note the stand for the frame is made from cardboard and has lost its rigidity (but it’s too full of stories and charm for me to replace it!), so the frame will need to lean up against something to prop it up.

The flowers and foliage in this piece are natural; I never use preservatives, sealants, or artificial drying methods. The colours will fade and change over time. To keep your artwork looking at its best for as long as possible, it should be placed out of direct sunlight and away from humid environments.
Please note that the frame is pre-loved and therefore it does show signs of wear and tear consistent with its age. These perfect imperfections elevate the piece to give it a true vintage feel.
My packaging may contain plastic – if it does please rest assured that it already existed and is being reused – I ask friends and family to put aside any useable packaging they receive for me to use in my orders.
